Yep… I started taking magnesium before bed… helps me fall asleep but I can’t stay asleep… this weird pattern started about a year ago for me. I hate it

I began experiencing this about six years ago. Initially, I would call out from work, thinking it was just a fluke. Now, it’s simply part of life, and unexpected nights of sleep have become a lofty goal.

I guess it’s also because we aren’t *spring chickens* anymore… I looked up sooooo much stuff and they equate a lot of it to age (I’m almost 50) and I’ve read “welcome to the new you”…sucks! I usually wake around 3am then it’s broken sleep from then until I give up😂
