Yes, the site is temporally frozen. It has been a wish to continue adding contents about new developments, but lack of funding and personnel are the main hindrances. The idea is still not completely abandoned...
We have a bunch of vignettes at https://jenniniku.github.io/gllvm/, some of which focused to microbial data, but not generally. I would love to create a more comprehensive resource on model-based multivariate analysis, but it is impossible to find funding for such things.
Personally, I think it is a shame that the existing "old" resources on multivariate methods are so biased towards historical developments of multivariate methods, and completely neglect contemporary developments. A comprehensive overview of both, in the same place, would be super valuable.
