It says "спусковой курок" ("spuskovoy kurok", literally translating as "releasing hammer" (or "cock")), e.g. the part of a firearm that strikes the firing pin. There's no such term. The correct term would be "spuskovoy kryuchok" ("спусковой крючок" (lit. "releasing hook", e.g. a trigger)).

Only someone unfamiliar with correct terminology would make such a mistake and no way this blunder would've found it's way in an officially issued manual.
Besides there's just this one pic (you'd think one should've seen more) and no mentions of the manual except in Ukrainian media.

There are two crazy things here.

One is that these are given out.

Two is that they are given out because the Russian soldiers are so inept that they need a guide on how to end themselves.
