FWIW, I tried a close approximation of that taxes list, it's pretty good. Phelia and overlord are Fucked Up. I had a turn 3 5/5! Drew into 2 Solitude! Crazy stuff.

gonna have to try paper taxes now, since I just finished it via building modern taxes lol. Didn't know ppl moved towards that! Last I knew, prewar formalwear was the newest tech

There are a few branches. There is orzhov with phelia/overlord, orzhov without overlord, mono white, and then boros with Ajani and Bombadiers which is probably the best one right now. There are some other variants floating around as well.
