What’s sad is that his misuse of ketamine is creating stigma around a legitimate medicine so many people with chronic pain disorders rely on.

As an example, 4 hour high dose ketamine infusions the most effective treatment for #CRPS and other neuropathic pain conditions.

I’m a retired Oncology RN. I also took care of end of life patients. We used Ketamine for patients with chronic pain whose pain was not relieved by our standard meds such as OxyContin and Dilaudid. I can’t believe this person is using a drug like this. Ugghh.

It's used in PTSD to inject the feeling of joy back into people. It also allows them to think about horrors they've faced without the terror. The ketamine high allows them to talk about things with their emotions hijacked. I'd argue this leads him to feel good while he's doing serious evil.
