Since the turn of the year I've found it almost therapeutic to unsubscribe from junk/circular emails I've been receiving for years. Yes I bought a shed from you 5 years ago, but funnily enough I didn't need to buy one every week since 😁

If you have an Alexa or other smart speaker, that is something to assume is compromised. Assume Bezos' bozos can hear anything you say near it when it has a power supply.

Not convinced? It has to process all speech to recognise when you say its name...

Excellent point, John. I'd actually disconnected & put away Alexa after Bezos wouldn't back Harris. Now I use the Kasa app to turn on my lights. I've also set my VPN to Great Britain, altho I don't know if this makes a diff?

I suggest Germany instead. They have proper laws about data protection and absolutely don't care about Musk and his peers.

I live in the UK, and there was a law passed a number of years ago which reverses habeas corpus relating to computer systems. Don't trust the UK as much as I wish you could.

Yes! 5 years later and it still puts cookies on my Safari. (Chrome, at least, has a way to block them.) I haven't had a FB account for +10 years. It is INSANE how intrusive they are!
