The prosecution most likely would have to concede that that was the opinion of the majority of the donors.
At that, the case collapses.
Then it can be put to the prosecution to accept that evidence.
If they don't then it's game on for the donors voices being heard.
Branchform Team in the witness box being asked why were the donors who have all signed this witness statement not been sought out during your investigation.
