That's what I'm saying! Haha! Like folks stay on the mission. And honestly, people apply the term "Echo Chamber" so broadly. A team focus on one goal is not an echo chamber. A group sharing their joy for something constructively isn't an echo chamber. All I ask for is to encourage positivity.

This has by far been the most annoying mass migration event since I got here over a year ago. I'm trying to stay chill and go about as I have with managing my TL with mutes & blocks, etc, but I do have a nagging anxiety the late-stage twitter culture might creep into every corner here & I hate that.

Yes and no. The harsh reality of disciplinary actions is that there will always be folks who are misunderstood or are in parallel to someone else's stank.

For now, BlueSky is snuffing out flames quickly but inevitably there are misfires and blurred lines already

If you want to make sure that BlueSky doesn't become a cesspool like Twitter, then you NEED to report the Twitter Bullshit when it appears.

It's easy, it takes 4 clicks, and can be done in less than 15 seconds- do not give jackasses attention, just report them.
