I gave up on support when they offered a download of officesuitechina for Windows to replace my Word for Mac. I was probably chatting with Copilot itself, though it insisted I was chatting with a human being. Sorry to get your thread off track. At least I didn't ask why you hate pancak--
Even more baffling, I've done the whole do-si-do with privacy settings and... I'm not seeing a Copilot icon anywhere in my app (Mac, latest version). I started trying to figure out why but then wondered if I should just count my lucky stars.
