Ok hire maintenance as part of whatever you do to add restrooms? Such a made up problem.

Incredible: Seattle City Councilmember Rob Saka said today that it's inappropriate to add more public restrooms in Seattle "unless and until we're in a better position to make better progress on addressing the cleanliness and accessibility properly maintaining our existing restrooms."
