In Nevada we are going to solve this by making homelessness a crime. You won't be homeless in jail. The act of sleeping without paying a profit to the already wealthy is a crime. Every action you take should profit the already wealthy. This is America.

Of course we're having this moment, we're not building enough housing. Only major cities are building any housing. None of our smaller cities recognize the great opportunity for growth and are building housing accordingly.
