Does this make me a centrist? Abso-fucking-lutely not! I've been squarely on one side and one side only since I was a
small child, and within my own damned family. I didn't make a choice; I wasn't a fucking 'hero'. I simply kept loving someone that everyone else turned their backs on. That someone saved me from becoming them. Took me decades to see through that bullshit.
