It is, but they get abducted by aliens as a season 2 finale and fight for them on their water world. They come back but after all that the show gets bad the world is controlled by new powers and the evil guy is almost always on their ship being evil. After the aliens stop watching it jumped the 🦈

it's quite watchable as a substitute, tbh. cheesy 90s stuff. also remastered into HD/1080p which helps.

probably pretty silly, and doesn't have the time to have the interesting arcs.
