Many people in other parts of the world are doing their part to not buy American products and buy Canadian when possible. I have friends in the EU, Australia and Africa all doing what they can at this point in time.
I’m hoping future support will follow as things continue to unravel.

Hopefully Trudeau got some tangible support from Europe last week. We certainly need to strengthen our ties to the EU, ASEAN and India. Also China if push comes to shove and it helps us fight Trump.

The Cons have a red and white day coming soon to support their new Canada First campaign. The irony is they have already been wearing red and white as MAGA hats, and Canada First is the Proud Boys' slogan, copied from Trump & KKK's America First slogan. So yeah, they won't be fighting for Canada.

Canada was triggered by the tariffs. The fairest question is why Mexico isn't acting the same.

That isn't to say the rest of the world shouldn't join Canada but it's understandable why Canada took the position it did and they haven't.

Canada is also a member of NATO. An attack on one is an attack on all. If we annex Canada then we're effectively declaring war on all of NATO so they all have a stake in it.

I think he’s made some real tactical blunders and now seems to be hanging in to power. They also need a new leadership race. It would inject new life into the party. Perhaps give them more relevancy.

I'm a US citizen living in WA state. Love Canada. The MAGA madness is at absolute fever pitch. Republicans have finally shown their true colors: more tax cuts for the rich, destroy the New Deal, impose theocracy... We will do what we can to support Canada but we're in survival mode right now.
