Notre Dame still hasn’t opened their locker room for press. Usually open locker rooms begin 5-10 minutes post game. This isn’t me complaining (I’m not on deadline) just noting that they seem to be starting the tough conversations already. A lot of soul searching.

I will say that teams usually don’t hold long post-game closed-door meetings before coming to press when things are going *well.*

We are still waiting for Notre Dame to come to press and open the locker room. The game ended almost 40 minutes ago. Per @northam67.bsky.social it took *70 minutes* for her to come to press after the Florida State loss last Thursday.

I’m leaving to go to the “Shattered Glass” book event I’m hosting at 6. It was scheduled to give me plenty of time for media duties post semis.

Alas, 50 minutes after the game ended, no signs of ND.

I hope they’re ok. That’s most important.

But I feel for media and staff still waiting.
