🍽️ Sweet and sour chicken. We went to the Taiwan Dim Sum restaurant in Monterrey. This is a dish I've learned to make following Daddy Lau on YouTube so I was very interested to compare. This is a 10. The flavours were crisp and distinct in that classic sauce. I'd say mine is an 8 by comparison.
