Ended up doing 30 mins on cross trainer some core stuff on the floor and then 20 mins on the treadmill (inclined not running pfft)

Well done!!! I usually do a brisk walk on an incline (saves my knees 😅) That’s really good start. I got back and biceps tomorrow with the PT.
