Vexichor is an Allagan researcher specializing in chimeras. After being in cryogenic stasis for years, he awakens to the world around him in decline. Determined to carry on with his experiments, his research is now bankrolled by a side hustle selling roofies to pirates.
My main catboy Yehn'ir is the official savior of the world several times over, but he would really prefer to live quietly as an artisan. Still, he doesn't shy away from his duties.
Hajime goes from trying to escape his past to following Yehn'ir, first in hero worship and then in affection. Fun fact: the only stories I've written about either of them are a noncon scene and its followup.
