The sheer number of hitherto unbelievable things that indicate this is a a US government gone rogue under the influence of right-wing techbro cultists.

They are governing exactly as they openly said they would.
Trump, Musk and the rest are quite simply vile people who the system has done nothing to stop gain power and influence because it's designed to support them.
Simple as that.

As with Alex Jones, no reason to think his purported business made nearly enough money to support his lifestyle.
The only people in the UK who like Trump are going to vote for Putin’s Reform party, not the Tories.
I suspect Spain might have similar feelings on account of Mexico and the vehement anti-Latino racism of Trumpism...
Just as we learn English and another language (at least).
What we seem to lack is COORDINATION of defence: COMMAND & CONTROL.
Also lack sufficient logistics & stockpiles of ammo.
Tankers,AWACS-BIG stuff
The Trans Pacific Trade Agreement, intended to isolate China may have to include it.
And expand with a trade agreement with the EU and the rest of BRIC.
Basically the entire world ex-USA.
Tariff that.
(I worked on them. Happy to do a few voluntary shifts...)
I rather maintain that the US will be GLAD to continue to accept such juicy military contracts, it's just that it will be pleased to be open for business to states such as Russia as well
Actually, I doubt the Trump administration would try to block the replacement programme (which has advantages for the US). They might try to raise the price.
They do seem to be natural soul-mates with Putin. Like Putin, Trump does not care about Europe, or Ukraine - or even the US. He just does not care.
But then you go on unrestrained to a conclusion: "France now appears ..."
What sort of CREDENTIALS ON EARTH do you have to be able to proffer ANY SORT of such judgment??
The US clearly *is* an unreliable ally. I just don't know how we find other allies who can replace it and are any less prone to coercion.
There were a huge number of warnings that Trump was aligned with Putin
Trump suggesting Putin should attack nato members who don’t spend enough
Musk’s secret conversations with Putin and Xi
Tulsi Gabbard
And much more
The media helped downplay this and here we are
It's clearly not now.
And even it's just this four years, US will take time to recover.
We have learned our power.
We have learned that once united and decided to act, the EU is the right institution.
We will use it to rearm.
Our future belongs to us. Nobody else.
Neither 🇺🇸, nor 🇷🇺, nor 🇬🇧, who wants to stay apart, as a third country…
The question at home: when will they publicly be acknowledged as the US' number one domestic enemy?

thanks!
The situation may improve once Trump has gone, but the post-war NATO alliance will not return. Obama was clear on his pivot, Biden the same.
Europe doesn't matter as much as it did, and Europe has to be able to pay for its own defense.
It may matter less to the US, but it will matter more to Russia. Which is the goal here.
To be clear: the kind of voters she's trying to appeal to do not, and cannot, trust a black woman to deliver their vision of an ethno-nationalist Britain. How could they?
In fact, I believe it will get exponentially worse.
For a long time, I and others warned that we were suffering a failure of imagination regarding Trump 2.0.
We have never experienced anything like this, so we were unable to imagine it.
But now it's happening.
Ex-presidents, senators and congressmen who have all lost their tongues.
Shameful.
And bacon. Never forget the bacon.
