yeah, no injury lasts forever, not even for Naby Keita. Had PF on & off for 2y - I recovered from it & then did 2 marathons in 2 weeks & it came right back! Fool that I am.
No marathons in 25 though, gonna focus on 5k/10k w/ a couple of HMs. Get the speed & base back up. Run right & a 5k is brutal
Exactly mate, itβs the mental side of it thatβs difficult, feels like regressing simply because doing shorter distances but itβs all training πͺ
