He is homeless and apparently works from a Sprinter van parked in the hospital parking lot. He just lurks around the hospital looking for a job. This hospital doesn't have a PR Dept? Why is he hired for every photo job? I've never seen him talk to anyone in HR. #BTG #BeyondTheGates
