Time to lower the resolution... this is the PSP 1.3mp camera at 640x480. All photos I've posted prior were 1280x960.
You might've chosen this in 2006 to save space, but the only difference is approx 100kb. If you're wanting a smaller, more pixelated image... I would ask why.
