I fear that starting up Balatro might have been a big mistake. This game is exactly as addicting as everybody said it was. Managed to get up to the 11th Ante on my 2nd win, which is nice.

It’s such a relaxing and easy game to pick up. Seems very at home on a mobile especially. It just feels that the whole thing is tailored to be pleasant.
No.2 on my 2024 GOTY list, after Devil Blade Reboot
Was my GOTY last year. Really enjoyed it, and one of few games that I played where I sat down after work for a game and ended up going to bed after a 3-4 hour session.
