Even the name is an insult. A “trickle” is just the amount required to weakly sustain life. It is the amount that either could not be captured or the amount that must be suffered as a loss. Why not strive for “thrive economics” where life is bountiful for all. It’s possible.

Our trade agreements have shown what happens, it flowed to China. Future trade agreements will learn. Now we need to address all of the offshore money! Our corporations and billionaires avoiding taxation is possible because of offshore.
