Another Labour pledge broken. Not only did they lie (AGAIN) but they are giving tax payer's money to a billionaire to set up another refinery in Belgium. Labour are not worth a single vote in Scotland.

He is building a plastics plant, not an oil refinery, that will use fracked gas, not oil.
The UK Government has sold him an insurance policy, that's all.
I agree Labour should never have made the promise, both because it's a devolved matter and because it was an absurd amount of money to temporarily save a few jobs.
