How do people keep track of when bands are on tour/ playing shows these days? I feel really out of the loop and would like to see more concerts

Spotify just tells you...

...but there's also Bands in Town & Bandcamp

I use Bandcamp heavily so this is a possible option!

If you are an old and your bands are olds you just tell facebook you like the band.

Of course then you have to periodically open facebook

Yeah I just don't use Facebook at all anymore. It's too much of a dumpster fire at times for me unfortunately.

tbh Spotify tells me who’s playing near me.

Yeah I don't use Spotify, but I do have Tidal. I wonder if they have a similar feature

So I literally check my favorite artists websites and sign up for newsletters if they have them.

I get that, mostly because i just do enough things to forget to check for bands nearby tho lol
