Theoretically they could, but it is harder since BlueSky is owned and operated in the U.S. So they couldn't use the adversarial country argument without throwing all U.S. social media under the bus. Now Neptune could get slammed if the U.S. picks a fight with Norway.

I'm also worried about games under Tencent (such as Riot Games, Epic Games etc) as this sets precedent to ban anything even remotely connected to foreign governments they don't like.

It's stupid that they would do this. It's gonna cause so much harm. The only thing that could save freedom of speech is get Congress to reverse the law and put in protections to ensure this wouldn't happen in the first place.
