Yeah, ensuring I have compatibility with my streaming setup is key, but I'm fairly certain that won't be an issue on those operating systems. Pop more likely to be easy to work with than SteamOS but SteamOS has come a looooong way since the release of the Steam Deck.

@rivalroyale.bsky.social If you're seriously considering Linux for gaming then I'd recommend checking out Bazzite. It's like SteamOS, but has much greater hardware support (supports more game controllers than SteamOS, also supports nVidia), and comes with a bunch of gaming-related apps & tweaks OOTB

Windows 11 just keeps driving me up the wall since I accidentally installed it with one of the start-up screens Microsoft does with updates. It keeps re-enabling stuff I've turned off and has settings being removed or hidden without replacements, and has some real weird quirks with discord etc.

Oddly I have not had any issues with 11, and it actually solved some issues I was having with 10.

I aggressively turn off any and all ai features, however.
