The press have done an amazing job of demonizing the unions, to the extent that I work with people on minimum wage who still see them as the enemy because they help the well organised workers like the train drivers earn a decent living.
They would rather bring them down to our level.

This is a brilliant piece of advice, with more organisations concentrating on profit rather than their employees, they show no loyalty. They will not protect you, protect yourself and join a Union.
