I should also note that it's not just white men, or Americans, who are getting "red-pilled". The Internet has allowed these horrible ideas to spread all over the world, and entitled young men with low self esteem of every stripe are finding what they think is community and diving in head-first.

Thank you! People act like it's every young man who has gone down that deranged rabbit hole, almost like they're trying to make supporting those ideas seem normal, or like they had no choice.
Some of us heard the same arguments and said, "no thanks, that sounds dumb as hell", and we should be heard

I think it tracks along the same lines as political leaders being more willing to shift right than answer to progressives. reaching red-pilled men preserves the status quo vs answering to men who are more likely to be anti-war, anti-capitalist, anti-genocide, queer, support women's autonomy, etc

Why we avoid them? There's no commonality under surface. Rift seems to start in the lower school grades. Leaving primary school with such differing view of humanity, no point in voluntary association.

As to insight, I don't know that we in particular have any except that they tend to crave a very structured world, perhaps strongly influenced by pop culture fantasies, and appear to us to be stuck in some kind of middle school social sorting paradigm.

What the red pill merchants seem to have on offer is a bastard hierarchy of sorts cobbled together from bits and pieces of pop culture detritus, an utter fixation on hypocrisy (humans humaning), and these rather stunted types lash themselves to it.

I would actually love to hear from them and decent older men too. My husband and his best friend are Gen x and seem to have avoided being rapey or white supremacist. They say that those kinda of guys just turn them off.
