There is alot to be said for "assembly line" focused approaches.
Do one thing at a time. Do it well. Move on to the next. Rinse. Repeat.

Exception: exercising while working has been a win for me.
ie. Going for a run while listening to an all team meeting via Zoom.
Actually more focused than if I’m in front of my computer.
