Well even at 6-months they have personalities but I would say tactile soft gifts are preferable especially bears or other plushies just not any too soft/large that they could suffacate in especially if they love it and want it with them while they sleep.

Clothes. They grow out of them so quickly. Get something supercute for 3-9 months older than they are, their parents will be grateful
