Motivation is fleeting honestly. You just have to find your why and put it in your mind to commit to it regardless of how you feel. Honestly just focus on going to the gym the first like 3-4 weeks. It doesn’t have to be super intense. It could just be a 30 minute workout.
Motivation comes and goes. You have to understand that it’s discipline that will keep you getting up and going. Go early. Really early. Which means you have to get to bed at an early time. You have to build a routine that works for you. But discipline keeps the routine going. Not motivation.
I used to go to Planet Fitness regularly, then decided to buy my own equipment. I have a Stepper, recumbent bike, Rowing bike, 2 20lb dumbells, 2 8lb dumbells, a punching bag, and stretch cords thst I work out with at home.
It's dedicated me time. It's the one thing I carve out for myself. I go for 30 minutes. I could do more but 30 uninterrupted minutes is how I got started. You can squeeze in 30 minutes doing a mini circuit at home and work up to more when you are ready.

It’s more important than work and anything below. If I have to go in the morning or the evening don’t matter, it’s more important.
Took 3 months with consistency and now I can’t live without that high I get done exercise.
