Nov. 6 probably increased the ranks of "doomers" by quite a bit, since it probably lowered the odds of humanity waking up soon enough. Hope not. I keep hoping, but the past 3 weeks makes it even harder. We're getting distracted again, albeit more "worthy" of attention than most other distractions.
I'd no idea that climate change was a singular problem, I thought it was a cacophony of incongruous problems... Greater than the combination of globally available solutions.
