i think the issue here is that the NatCon idiots genuinely think liberal democracy must be destroyed and that NATO is an institution of woke domination (no, i am not exaggerating)

I'm pretty confident this storm is gonna pass and that any organization that explicitly balances against the US would be a huge mistake because it would give these people something outwardly hostile to balance against, which makes their jobs a *LOT* easier
