why i don't have the background?! T-T

I thought it was my custom loading screen but i took it out and still don't have the new one :c My game is up to date 🙃 As for mods I have Mccc, uicheats, more columns, lumpinou mods, control sims, control pets, poseplayer and ww 😩 everything up to date
