Does Biden’s brain work well enough to nominate two more Supreme Court justices?

Can he appoint a Secretary of the Interior (or State or Education) who ISN’T fully evil?

Can he NOT start two foreign wars in the next four years?

Can he NOT overthrow constitutional democracy?

I think Biden has been a very good president. He’s also losing this election badly and does not seem like he has what it takes to turn it around. Democrats would be more likely to win with another nominee—namely, his vice president and chosen successor.
