I’ll let other people explain why you’re wrong on the FD. I’ll just note that “propaganda” has no legal definition, nor are there any currently enforceable laws against it — and given who is enforcing the law now, that’s a good thing.

I take your point. Mine is that other countries regulate media balance and are not strict but have guidelines. It's not a litigious matter in my country. We have an independent media council and complaints process. A watchdog.
