Even if you are anti-abortion (which, blegh) the impact of an abortion ban travels down the line to impacting *all* gynecology. You're demanding people risk their lives for your studio when remote work is 100% viable as an option.
This was why people were so resistant to the "well we're doing RTO but you can work remotely on a case by case basis" ok so that puts the onus on the candidate to ask for it, and to have the burden of justifying it, when companies could just do it because it works.
there are many reasons i can't relocate for work but yeah i mean if a company thinks i'm going to leave minnesota for the sake of a job with the current state of the country. lol. lmao.
