I need a 'probabilistic mute'.

I follow some people who "objectively" (i.e. for any given patience level) post too much and every other, or third, or ... post would be just fine. Don't want entirely sewer ties, but REALLY do not need see their firehose.

@pfrazee.com is that a viable option?
