Suspect the government are more interested in that, than a survey of 9,000 people across 6 countries who had the time or inclination to speak to pollsters in the first place.

Last general election wasn't about FoM, next one won't be either, but embracing FoM will make progress on issues people will vote on easier.
Whilst it’s good that there’s support for rejoining, it doesn’t change the lack of accessible mechanism to do so.

Accepting the free movement of people isn’t a concession to be made in exchange for ‘access’ to the Single Market. It’s essential.
