Damn I rly thought bluesky was gonna be better about the bots but nope I make a post asking for artist recs and I get swarmed w bots and art theives on here too :/

Yeaaaah, I've already been DM'd once before about some "artist" wanting to "sell their services" to a small Vtuber, usually the same type of scam that you see all the time on the fascist bird app. All we can do is handle it in good faith.
i've just started blocking anyone that has an acct that looks like a typical art theft scam :/ i've had so many of them reply or dm me like "haha yeah the bots are annoying esp when theres real artists LIKE ME" and you go to the acct it looks the exact same lol
