This has actually been a big worry of mine for a while now. I purposefully don't write specific alt-text for my art for this reason. I'm worried that by tagging my work with specific descriptors, it will make it super easy to just scrape and sort my work into an AI dataset. I avoid it for my safety.

if you follow that blocklist that blocks artists for not using alt text, i want you to know that it's run by someone who uses the alt text as an easy scrape to feed into ai art generators. by following their blocklist, you're helping them bully and harass people into feeding their ai generator.
