Not to mention that food professors today are selling junk even if it looks and reads as healthy. There's very little nutritional value in the vegetables grown today as opposed to those grown just 50 years ago. This is due to soil depletion.

Because they only fertilize with nitrogen for growth. One bowl of spinach 50 years ago requires 12 bowls today for the same nutrients. I amend our soil with bone meal, oyster shell calcium and blood meal among other things.
