It's very weird to me! When I published MF, I learned you set a separate price for libraries to purchase your book, and it's supposed to be higher than retail price (I couldn't bear to raise it more than a couple dollars lol). Books are obviously valued by the libraries which choose to acquire them.

It's cool! I know Leather and Lace has been picked up by a few libraries around the US. I like knowing that somebody wanted it enough to request it and put it in the system

Also I would 100% give away books to libraries which wanted to acquire them!! (if they were, you know, the kind of books worth acquiring 😅).

"You should be paid fairly for your work" and "You should be eager to support public institutions that benefit communities" don't contradict for me!!
