I'm not trying to stick my head in the sand or "be positive," but I find that if we don't focus on tangible wins -- on people released from ICE custody, on people who have been returned because their community did the work to see it happen -- we're not going to make it

Maybe 10,000 more can't be reached yet
That doesn't mean that 10 don't matter, and the other 10,000 are a lost cause
Every time people work to prevent a kidnapping, it's a win
We have to see these things as the tangible results of consistent, necessary resistance
Progress and push back is key right now. If we don't have those, then we won't ever get those major wins.
