It's not just seniors,don't forget Medicare also covers disabled Americans. Although the new policy allows for "some" telehealth visits, the exceptions are silly, this is a huge hit to patients. He's trying to weed out the 'weak' to reduce medical payments and therefore reduce strain on his budget.
