The problem is going to be the bailiffs are probably CSOs or Deputy Marshals working for the US Marshals Service, an executive branch agency under the DOJ.

What would be the alternative to relying on the executive to comply with court orders? A judiciary army that has to raid the White House to get compliance from the President? So that justice is served only if the judiciary army wins against the executive army?
