Dear people on Minnesota roads. Just because you have AWD/4WD doesn’t mean you should follow my, or any other, car at a very close distance when it’s pretty slippery out there. AWD/4WD helps you go. Not stop. I’ve already had one car totaled because of this. Let’s not make it 2. Kthx. - ThreadSky

One guy seemed to realize he was way too close and backed off. Don’t ride my tail to make me go faster. Change lanes. Or cope with not getting to your destination 2 minutes sooner. I promise an accident would delay you further.

Snow tires > awd/4wd. We are the only country and is chock full of all wheel drive cars because the auto industry can charge more. In Canada people drive fwd with snow tires lol.

I hate when people drive like they are immune to slippery roads. Also hate when people follow close, in any weather. Got whiplash a couple times that way as a kid, and decades later, my neck has never been great.

During one snow storm when I lived in Metro DC area, I was on the beltway. Huge suvs, one after another, kept speeding past me. A mile or 2 later, I drove past one after another of those suvs in the ditch. Who do you think got to their destination sooner?
