1/ He’s one of the ones I got. I wish there were similar sentiments here in the US. There ARE actually, but they tend to get shouted down by the “it’s too hard, won’t work, can’t be done, socialism” crowd. Even some relatives. When I explained about our good NHS experience, I was told
2/ “I don’t care about your experience. I KNOW it’s horrible.”(never been to England). I can’t argue with someone with that attitude! There is a not invented here syndrome about universal health care. Yet we have it for veterans, retirees, and the needy. It works. Why not everyone else?
